As someone who manages an office building and interact with many vendors, Serveway outperforms all others in customer service, quickness in repairs/appointments, and best of all COMMUNICATION. Elizabeth (customer care representative at serveway) is an excellent communicator. She provides constant updates and makes sure to keep customers informed on the status of their request, scheduling, when a technician will arrive ect. Kelon (Serveway Technitian) is professional, he is also an excellent communicator in being able to explain what the issues are, and what the solution is. You can tell this is a company that is transparent, and honest. They are not trying to sell you anything, they really do give an honest assessment, provide solutions and let you as the customer make the final decision. They are a great company!
